Once you’ve identified the home you love, just give us a call. We’ll get the backstory from the seller’s agent and prepare a winning offer. We’ll send it, negotiate terms and conditions, guide you through the counter-offer, and open escrow.

We’re with you all the way to a successful close

Now that you’re in escrow, we’ll guide you through the entire process. We act as the intermediary between all parties—escrow, your lender, and inspections—and ensure that all deadlines are met and your deposit is protected during the due diligence period. We also handle negotiating repairs to ensure your new home meets your expectations. We’ve got your back and all for a fraction of what it would usually cost!
